This Billing Terms & Conditions document explains how payments are handled for purchases made from Bellecora. 

1. Accepted Payment Methods 

At Bellecora, we provide several secure ways to pay so your checkout experience is smooth and convenient. We currently accept the following payment methods: 

Credit & debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express 

PayPal 

Afterpay (where available) 

Apple Pay and Google Pay 

Bank transfers for bulk orders only (please contact us for details before placing a bulk order) 

All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) 

2. Payment Processing 

Payment must be completed at the time you place your order. 

We do not begin processing or shipping any order until full payment has been successfully received. 

If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, your order will not be confirmed or fulfilled. 

3. Pricing & Currency 

All prices shown on Bellecora are displayed in Canadian Dollars

Prices may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. 

Any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Secure Payment Processing

Bellecora uses SSL encryption and reputable payment gateways to help safeguard your personal and payment information during checkout. 

We do not store, and do not have direct access to, your full credit card number or complete payment details. 

5. Refunds & Chargebacks 

Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy for full details. 

Any unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and may be disputed by Bellecora

If you experience a problem with billing, we ask that you contact us first at info@bellecora.com so we can assist you and try to resolve the issue quickly.

6. Fraud Prevention 

Bellecora reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or place a hold on any order that we believe may involve fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity. 

For high‑value or flagged transactions, we may request additional identity verification before processing or shipping your order.

We may update or modify this Billing Terms & Conditions policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
