At Bellecora, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward, hassle‑free return process as outlined below. 

Order Cancellations 

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@bellecora.com and including your order number in the message. 

After this 24‑hour period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed because your order may already be in progress. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. 

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return the item after delivery in line with this Return & Refund Policy. 

30‑Day Easy Returns 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items. 

To qualify for a return, items must be: 

Unused 

In their original condition 

Sent back with the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories 

Our support team is available to guide you through the entire return process. 

Restocking Fee: $0 — we do not charge any restocking fees.

In these cases, we cover the return shipping and will resolve the issue in accordance with this policy. 

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind) 

You are responsible for the actual return shipping cost if: 

You ordered the wrong item 

The item does not fit 

you no longer want the item

Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable. 

How to Return an Item 

1.  Contact Us Email info@bellecora.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. 

2. Pack Your Item Place the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any documents that came with it.

3. Send It Back Ship the item following the instructions in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Refund Process 

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will examine the item to confirm that it meets our return criteria. 

Refund Timing: After your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be initiated back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges 

We do accept exchanges. If you’d like to swap your item for a different size, color, or product, please email us at info@bellecora.com and we will help you arrange a quick exchange.

Order Not Delivered 

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at info@bellecora.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or Send a replacement at no additional cost to you 

Non‑Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items will be clearly identified as non‑returnable on their respective product pages. 

Changes to This Policy 

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated date. We recommend checking this policy periodically. By continuing to use our website after changes are published, you are considered to accept the revised policy.
